Copley is located in Summit County, west of the City of Akron, south of Bath Township and the City of Fairlawn, north of the City of Norton and east of Medina County. The 2010 Census estimated our population at 17,304. Most of Copley Township falls within the Copley-Fairlawn City School District. SUMMIT COUNTY CRIME STOPPERS
The Copley Police Department is looking for information on vandalism incidents that have taken place in the Mull, Kirkwall & Jacoby Road area.
If you have information that might help the police, contact Crime Stoppers immediately. We are offering up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the persons responsible! The better the information - The better the reward!

SOUTHERN SUMMIT CITIZENS POLICE ACADEMY
The First Class will be on September 11, 2014.
The Southern Summit Citizens Police Academy presented by the Copley, Norton and Barberton Police Departments will once again hold a twelve week program beginning in September of 2014 that will provide instruction and information concerning a particular area of law enforcement.
Attendees will have the opportunity to experience how the police department plays a role in the community with some hands on training.
