Public Notice - STORM SEWER EVALUATIONS UNDERWAY
Summit Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) is embarking on storm sewer evaluations on behalf of the Surface Water Management District in your community on June 5-6, 2024. Residents may observe our dedicated team walking along streets, meticulously tracing storm sewers to their outfalls or outlets.
IDENTIFICATION:
• Our employees will be easily identifiable, wearing high-visibility shirts and/or vests.
• Look for the unmistakable Summit SWCD logos proudly displayed on their attire.
• Additionally, they will carry County ID for further verification.
WHY THESE EVALUATIONS MATTER:
• Ensuring effective stormwater management.
• Identifying potential areas for improvement or maintenance.
• Enhancing environmental stewardship efforts for our community.
