“The three-story building will add 65 new retirement living apartments and approximately 95,000 square feet,” according to CEO, Charlene Kish.
Construction will begin this summer with a completion date of spring 2019. Architect R. W. Larson and Associates has designed a state-of-the-art life plan community for seniors age 68 and over. Each of the spacious one, two and two bedroom corner apartments will feature an open concept floor plan with fully applianced kitchen and laundry room. The first class amenities are a part of the lifestyle at Concordia at Sumner, which offers amenities such as the Terrace Room restaurant, craft room, fitness center, swimming pool and game room.
“Concordia embraces aging in place and we believe this concept allows our residents to thrive and stay independent longer,” said Kish.
