At the October 26, 2020 Copley Township Board of Trustees Meeting the Trustees approved to enter into a 5-year contract with Republic Services for residential trash and recycling collection services to begin on January 1, 2021. The current contract expires on December 31, 2020. Changes to the existing service includes a more convenient every week recycling collection versus the current every other week service, a 2 cubic yard area outside of the carts designated for weekly extra or large item collection, and a new contact number for Republic for questions, scheduling, or to sign up for new customer service.
