 Tuesday April 27, 2021 from 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm (with the last appt. at 5:30); Second Dose Clinic: 5/25

The Moderna vaccine has an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) approval for ages 18 and over. The second dose appointments will be held on the identified dates at the same time as the

the State’s support in providing FDA approved vaccine we will continue to vaccinate as planned” Donna Skoda, Health Commissioner, SCPH. Please visit to schedule your appointment for the mass vaccination site at the Summit County Fairgrounds.
