After many months of development, we are pleased to announce that our Zoning Applications have now gone fully digital. Applicants can access information regarding all of our Zoning Application and Permits via our website https://www.copley.oh.us/364/Start-A-Project
Applicants can then chose the icon which best describes their project to access the appropriate online application https://copleytownship.portal.iworq.net/portalhome/copleytownship
This allows us to expand our ease of use to the customer (our residents and stakeholders). Now, we are able to offer online web-based applications, where applicants complete, submit and receive real-time update status information regarding their application(s) from the comfort of their home, office or mobile device.
We will still continue direct contact with our applicants as we have always done and believe in. Applicants are still required to pick up, sign for and pay for their application in person. Additionally, should an applicant stop by the office a paper copy can be filled out and return to us directly.
