The Copley Township Board of Trustees is accepting resumes for open positions on the following:
Architectural Review Board-Alternate Voting Member
The Architectural Review Board is charged with design review of all new construction, changes, and additions to commercial, industrial and multi-family projects including signage. Applicants should possess an interest in architecture, landscape, design, site layout, tree canopy and guidelines related to the overall visual aesthetics of the township.
Board of Zoning Appeals-Alternate Voting Member
The Board of Zoning Appeals oversees hearings and decisions related to non-conforming use, conditional use, variance and administrative appeal within the Township. Applicants should possess an interest in the interpretation of zoning regulations and judicial proceedings.
Board and commission members receive a small stipend for participation in monthly meetings and other workshops/events determined necessary to their role.
